Karen Yu

Karen Yu is the Founder and CEO of U-Kitchen, a next-generation food delivery service that is transforming the way people think about food. Prior to U-Kitchen, Karen was a Partner at Pako Bots, a division of Origami 3, where they developed and supported educational robots with AI. Karen also worked as an engineer at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, where they developed and supported energy models to understand the future of high penetration of renewable energy. In addition, Karen has held research and marketing internships at Emerson Network Power and TU Bergakademie Freiberg. Karen holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University.

Karen Yu is a startup school graduate of Y Combinator and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Systems Engineering with honors in engineering from The Ohio State University. Karen also has a minor in Computer Information Science.
