Julien Tanguy

Julien TANGUY is an experienced professional currently serving as Directeur d’exploitation and Responsable Projets at U Logistique since October 2019, focusing on project deployment, change management, continuous improvement, and technological monitoring. Prior to this, Julien worked at Fondation AMIPI - Bernard VENDRE from April 2016 to October 2019 as Responsable de fabrication, managing daily production, client needs anticipations, resource management, and leading Lean improvement initiatives. At Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH from September 2012 to September 2015, Julien held the position of Apprenti Ingénieur, implementing ergonomic studies and productivity enhancements in production workshops. Julien has also contributed to a project for setting up a new manufacturing site and completed studies and consulting roles focused on production reorganization. Julien holds an engineering degree from Icam and a master's degree in Management Strategy and Project Management from IGR-IAE Rennes, and is pursuing Lean Management certification from Lean Six Sigma France.
