Mickael Favreau

Mickael Favreau is an experienced logistics professional currently serving as Directeur d’exploitation at U Logistique since October 2022. Prior to this role, Mickael served as Responsable d'exploitation at SYSTEME U from August 2017 to October 2022 and at Cosesac from September 2014 to August 2017, managing logistics operations for a cooperative of artisans. Mickael also held the position of Responsable d'exploitation at XPO Logistics from September 2014 to September 2015, overseeing receiving, preparation, and shipping activities for fresh products and managing a team of supervisors and logistics employees. Earlier in their career, Mickael was responsible for establishing and leading logistics teams at SYSTEME U for eight years. Mickael holds a Technicien de laboratoire degree with a focus on agroalimentaire and biology from IUT de La Rochelle and a Maîtrise de biochimie in Sciences from Université de la Rochelle.
