Marchan's early legal experience includes internships and clerkships with various government agencies, focusing on legal tax and environmental issues. In addition to legal expertise, Marchan has a solid background in human resources, having served as a Generalist at UTC Building & Industrial Systems and Dallas International School. Marchan holds an LLM in Tax from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a JD from Howard University School of Law.
