Andrey Runovich has a significant amount of experience in sales and business development. Andrey started their career in 1999 as a Regional Sales Director at PAT-M (Ecoprojet 2000) LLC and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they served as the Commercial Director at Niagara Distribution LLC. In 2005, they joined KS Group LLC as a Sales Director for a year. In 2009, they became the Business Development Manager at U-POL Global and worked there until 2011. Andrey then held various positions at U-POL Global, including General Manager, General Director, and finally, Sales Director Europe and CIS. Andrey's most recent role at U-POL Global is as the Sales Director Europe and CIS since April 2022.
Andrey Runovich has a diverse education history. Andrey obtained a BSc (Honours) degree in Economy and Enterprise Management from Belarusian State Economic University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Andrey also attended several executive programs at renowned business schools, including the B2B Marketing Strategy Executive Program at Harvard Business School in 2011, the Strategic Sales Management Executive Program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2010, and the Best Practice in Managing People Executive Program at Cambridge Judge Business School in 2011. Additionally, they attended the Central School of English from 2006 to 2008, where they studied English for Business and General English.
