Jeremy Groce

Jeremy Groce has extensive experience in media management and program coordination, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the United States Agency for Global Media since October 2016. Previously, Groce worked as a Program Delivery Coordinator for Technology, Service, Innovation, emphasizing customer service in addressing broadcast challenges. At Voice of America, leadership roles included Service Chief for the French-to-Africa and Zimbabwe services, where Groce implemented significant programming changes. Earlier career highlights include project management at IBM, media and technology specialization at the Education Development Center, and various teaching positions. Groce holds an MBA from North Dakota State University and a B.S. in Education from Minot State University.
