Chris Lukolyo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital economy strategies and technology implementation for development. Currently serving as the Digital Country Lead at the United Nations Capital Development Fund since August 2019, Chris focuses on fostering inclusive digital economies and cultivating partnerships across public and private sectors and international organizations. Previous roles include Project Manager at the World Bank, where Chris implemented a digitized payment platform for Somalia’s central bank, and Partnerships Coordinator at UN Global Pulse, where Chris established Africa's first big data innovations lab in Uganda. Chris's career began as CEO of TargetMobi, a technology company specializing in data collection software, and spans various leadership positions, including roles in digital marketing and workforce management. Chris holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science from Makerere University.
