Mark Carrato is an experienced leader in international development, currently serving as the Director for USAID/Brazil, where responsibilities include fostering partnerships for sustainable socio-economic development and biodiversity conservation. With an extensive background at USAID, Mark has held various key roles, including Coordinator for Power Africa and Director of the Office of Economic Growth, managing significant development portfolios and responding to humanitarian crises.
