Carlos Borras

Carlos Borras is an experienced professional with a diverse background in intelligence and analysis. Currently serving as an Intelligence Specialist in the United States Air Force since October 2024, Carlos previously held the position of SME DEVOPS at Net Vision Consultants, Inc. from December 2022 to October 2024. From August 2022 to December 2022, Carlos worked as a Senior All-Source Analyst at Mission Essentials and held the same title at Maxar Technologies from December 2021 to July 2022. Prior experience includes over two decades in the US Navy and the United States Department of Defense, where roles included Program Manager, Signals Analyst, and Air Traffic Controller. Carlos possesses a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
