Jeff Livingston

Jeff Livingston, LSSBB, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and program management. Currently serving as the Lead Systems Engineer for the United States Air Force since July 2019, Jeff contributes to the AFLCMC/WIHE HH-60W Combat Rescue Helicopter project. Previously, Jeff held the position of Senior Program Manager at Loch Harbour Group, supporting the Chief Scientist at AFRL 711th Human Performance Wing. Jeff's background includes roles as Director of Residential Products and Director of Midwest Operations at CLEAResult, where responsibilities encompassed product development and operational improvements. Prior experience includes directing program startups at Conservation Services Group, owning Freedom Electric, and leading Endolite North America as President & General Manager. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
