Karen Milligan

Karen Milligan is an experienced acquisition planning professional currently serving as a Contract Specialist/Buyer with the United States Air Force since July 2017. Previously, Karen held several leadership roles, including Director of Merchandise Planning at Clarks and Planning Manager at Rue La La, where responsibilities included overseeing inventory management and forecasting for multiple retail channels. Early career experience includes positions such as Director of Merchandising at Stride Rite Corporation and Category Manager at Staples, where strategic negotiations and planning led to significant revenue contributions. Karen holds a Master of Science in Business Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Boston University, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management from Rhode Island College.
