Kathy Naylor

Kathy Naylor is an accomplished Hospital Administrator at the United States Air Force since June 2015, overseeing strategic planning and resource allocation of $200M for healthcare services provided by over 600 personnel. Previous roles include Chief of the AFMS Transition Cell and Chief of the Air Force Medical Operations Center, where responsibilities encompassed managing the USAF Crisis Action Team Medical Cell and coordinating joint health readiness efforts. Kathy's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at U.S. Special Operations Command Central, USSOCOM, and various roles within the United States Air Force, along with consulting and marketing positions in the private sector. Kathy holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Bradley University.
