Rachelle Myles

Rachelle Myles possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held positions as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at both the Department of the Air Force and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Prior roles include serving as an Employee Relations Manager at Vectrus and a Total Rewards - Compensation, Benefits and Payroll Specialist at L3 Technologies. Rachelle began their career as a Personnel Support Specialist with the United States Department of the Army. Rachelle holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Upper Iowa University, where Rachelle also earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration.
