Executive Officer To The Commanding General at U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC)

Alexander Mullin currently serves as the Executive Officer to the Commanding General at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) since August 2023. Prior to this role, Alexander held the position of Chief of Targeting at NATO Rapid Deployable Corps Türkiye from July 2022 to August 2023. Alexander's military experience includes serving as Brigade Executive Officer for the 18th Field Artillery Brigade and as an Operations Planner for the XVIII Airborne Corps. Notably, Alexander commanded the most forward-deployed multiple launch rocket system battery in the world while serving as Rocket Battery Commander, receiving multiple accolades such as the US Army Pacific Command General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award. Alexander's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, as well as two MBA degrees from Georgetown University and Esade, complemented by a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies.
