Austin Kozel has extensive experience in aerospace engineering, currently serving as a Ballistic Evaluator and Test Officer at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) since January 2019. Prior to this role, Austin worked as a Flight Test Engineer at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) from August 2015 to December 2018. Earlier in Austin's career, an internship at Polymer Technologies in June 2011 involved shadowing Henry Brooks, the Head of the Aerospace division, and fabricating foam insulation. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Maryland, earned between 2011 and 2015.
