David “Paul” Bogert

David “Paul” Bogert is an accomplished military professional with extensive experience in air and missile defense operations and management. Currently serving as the Air and Missile Defense Systems Program Evaluations Manager at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command since March 2019, Bogert supervises a 15-member staff and develops test and evaluation strategies for critical Army Futures Command priorities. Previous roles include Senior Operations Manager at the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, where leadership encompassed managing a 180-personnel site, and Operations Manager at First Army, leading teams and providing guidance to Army National Guard and Reserve units.
