Paul Roche has extensive experience in operations research and statistical analysis, particularly within the Department of Defense. Currently serving as an Operations Research Analyst for the US Army's Test & Evaluation Command since June 2015, Paul Roche has led sensor and SIGINT payload assessments, analyzed performance data, and produced Operational Assessment Reports for senior military officials. Prior to this role, Paul Roche worked as a Statistician, where achievements included designing and planning test events for numerous Army systems and building strong relationships with key DoD personnel. Earlier positions include an Analysis Assistant at the U.S. Geological Survey, focusing on aquatic data, and a Math Tutor at Virginia Tech. Paul Roche holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Virginia Tech.
