Windsor Jones

Windsor Jones serves as the Division Chief at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) since March 2020, following a long tenure where Windsor held the position of Chief Evaluator, M&S from December 2002 to February 2022. Prior roles include Software QA Engineer at FC Business Systems from February 2001 to December 2002 and Systems Analyst at the U.S. Army Material Systems Analysis Activity from November 1987 to February 2001. Windsor holds a Master of Science (MS) in Engineering and Applied Science from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from Delaware State University. Early education concluded with a college preparatory diploma from Central High School.
