Jillian Torres

Jillian Torres, CPA has a comprehensive work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Jillian is currently the Director of Finance Operations at U.S. AutoForce since 2023. Before that, from 2022 to 2023, they worked at U.S. Venture, Inc. as a Senior Manager and Program Manager, leading finance digital transformation initiatives. Prior to that, they held roles at U.S. Oil, a division of U.S. Venture, including Assistant Controller, Senior Accounting Manager, and Accounting Manager from 2018 to 2022. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Global Consolidation Analyst at Cielo Talent. Jillian also gained experience at EY as an Assurance Staff from 2014 to 2015 and as an Assurance Intern in 2013. Jillian has teaching experience as an Instructor and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Lead Office Assistant at the same university from 2010 to 2013.

Jillian Torres, CPA, holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting at the same university from 2009 to 2013. In 2021, they also completed a Nanodegree in Data Analysis & Visualization with Power BI from Udacity. Alongside their formal education, Jillian has obtained various certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) in 2016, Certified Model Builder from Anaplan in 2019, and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci, expected to be obtained in 2023.
