Ahmad Azeez

Ahmad Azeez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in credit risk management and collections across various financial institutions. Currently serving as EVP, Chief Credit Officer, and Head of Collections at U.S. Bank since February 2017, Ahmad leads approximately 1,300 associates overseeing credit risk management and collections operations in North America and Europe. Prior to this role, Ahmad held significant positions at Wells Fargo, including Chief Credit Officer and SVP Acquisition Risk, directing risk strategies for sizable credit card and loan portfolios. Ahmad's experience also includes leadership roles at GE Money, where collections operations spanned ten countries in Asia, and earlier positions at Chase and MBNA. Ahmad holds an MS in Macromolecular Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and a BS in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
