Alison Hach

Alison Hach, MSHR, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources Business Partner for Wealth Management at U.S. Bank, a position held since 2021 after a series of progressive roles within the organization since 2015. Alison's expertise includes HR consultation for executive leadership, performance management, organizational development, and employee relations. Prior experience includes Associate Director of Human Resources at Digital River, where Alison provided strategic HR support to multiple executives and managed complex employee relations issues. Additional roles as Human Resources Manager at West Monroe Partners and Starcom MediaVest Group focused on employee relations, compliance, and organizational policies. Alison holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Employee Relations from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Analysis from Gustavus Adolphus College.
