Anand Francis

Anand Francis is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in agile methodologies and software engineering. Currently serving as the SVP Agile Segment Lead at U.S. Bank since October 2021, Anand focuses on developing customer-centric products and services. Previously held key positions at Capital One, including Director of Software Engineering and Director of Agile and Product Transformation, where Anand led multiple engineering teams and spearheaded digital transformation initiatives. Additional experience includes a Senior Manager role at CapTech Ventures, a Senior Technology Delivery Specialist at DataCede, and various managerial positions at Capital One and Virginia Commonwealth University. Anand holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Bharathiar University.
