Dakota Crow

Dakota Crow, MA, MBA, serves as the Vice President and Head of Innovation Programs at U.S. Bank since October 2017 and previously held the position of Vice President of Innovation Design. As a co-founder of Minnovation Collective, Dakota has contributed to fostering innovation within the community since 2015. Past roles include Entrepreneur In Residence and Director of Innovation at UnitedHealth Group and various leadership positions in sports organizations, such as Founder of The Good Sports Foundation and President of Cornhusker Fight Club. Dakota holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management with a Minor in Business Marketing from Georgia Southern University, as well as an MBA and a Master's in Sport Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
