Darrell Brooks

Darrell Brooks is an experienced professional in technical solutions architecture and project estimation with a solid background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Assistant VP, Technical Solutions Architect at U.S. Bank since June 2015, Darrell specializes in areas such as Customer Service Management and Continual Improvement, and has successfully led the implementation of a manual testing module. Prior to this role, Darrell worked as a Project Estimator at Gallaher and Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included direct sales and engineering. Earlier experience includes a tenure as a Broadband Network Technician at Knology, Inc. and as a Lead Installation and Service Technician at Microtech Satellites. Darrell holds an Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute and has pursued coursework in Management Information Systems at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
