John Zimmerman

John Zimmerman is the current President of Ascent Private Capital Management at U.S. Bank. Prior to this, they were the President of Denver Investments from June 2013 to June 2016. John has also held the position of Executive Vice President/Managing Director at Janus Capital Group from June 2004 to August 2007, and Senior Vice President at Conning Asset Management and Bank of America Capital Management (Boatmen's Trust Company).

John Zimmerman is responsible for the strategic direction of Ascent Private Capital Management at U.S. Bank. John has extensive experience in distribution, marketing, product development, operations and new growth opportunities. John is also experienced in heading up a Board of Trustees, as they were the President of the Westcore Mutual Funds Board of Trustees when the Westcore Mutual Fund family had 13 mutual funds with $3 billion in assets under management.

John Zimmerman obtained their MBA from St. Louis University Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business and their BSBA from University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business. John is also certified from the CFA Institute as a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Their manager is Gunjan Kedia, Vice Chairman, Wealth Management and Investment Services. and Eric Sanderson - Senior Managing Director of Family Office Services, Ascent Private Capital Management reports to John Zimmerman.
