Nick Wilson

Nick Wilson has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Division CFO for Treasury & Payment Solutions at U.S. Bank since August 2025. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of Commercial Line of Business CFO at HTLF from January 2021 to August 2025. Nick's career at Fifth Third Bank spanned from 2005 to January 2021, where multiple roles included Line of Business CFO for the Commercial Payments Division, Regional CFO for Indiana and Kentucky, Georgia Regional CFO, Senior Finance Manager, and various financial analyst positions. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Taylor University between 2001 and 2005.
