Piotr Majer

Piotr Majer is an experienced legal professional with a strong focus on data privacy and corporate law. Currently serving as Vice President EU Corporate Counsel for U.S. Bank since November 2020, Piotr oversees EU privacy and data protection issues across all EU business lines. Additionally, Piotr has held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Elavon Europe since January 2014, providing counsel on Polish and EU matters, particularly in relation to GDPR and PSD2 projects. Previously, Piotr was a Senior Associate at Łaszczuk & Partners, leading the Corporate and Competition Law Practice, and served as an Inspector at the National Bank of Poland, where responsibilities included legal opinions and analyses. Piotr's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Collegium Da Vinci, a Legal Advisor degree from the Legal Advisors Bar in Łódź, and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Lodz.
