Souheil Badran

Souheil has served in this position since joining U.S. Bancorp in December 2022. From January 2019 to November 2022, he served as executive vice president and chief operating officer at Northwestern Mutual, having also served as Chief Innovation Officer from January 2019 to September 2019. Previously, Souheil served as president of Alibaba’s Alipay business in the Americas from August 2016 to August 2018. He worked in positions of increasing leadership responsibility at Edo Interactive, Digital River, First Data, VeriSign, Digital Insight and Metavante during his career.

Souheil serves on the Boards of Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and Dominican High School. A passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion, Souheil also writes and speaks frequently on allyship.

Souheil received his master’s degree in business administration and bachelor’s degree in computer since from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, WI.
