Tom Salmen

Tom Salmen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate structured finance and management. At U.S. Bank since May 2013 as Senior Vice President, Tom originates and manages lending facilities for transitional assets. Prior to this role, Tom served as Senior Manager for Real Estate at Best Buy, overseeing real estate interests for a major consumer electronics retailer. Tom has also been a Principal at Kenilworth Advisors, managing a $20 million residential land development, and held several leadership positions, including Managing Director at PGW Real Estate Holdings and Senior Vice President at Heitman, focusing on investment management. Tom began their career as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, executing audit engagements across various industries. Tom holds an MBA in Finance, Economics, International Business, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Boston College.
