Brian Flinders is a seasoned professional in network performance engineering and technology solutions, currently serving as a Senior Core Performance Engineer at UScellular since August 2014. With a strong focus on maximizing network performance and providing end-to-end expertise, Brian actively analyzes performance trends and implements continuous improvements. Previous roles include Senior Business Solutions Engineer and Senior Interim Manager Systems Engineering, demonstrating a depth of experience in customer-facing technical consultation, infrastructure management, and telecommunications technologies. Prior to UScellular, Brian held positions at NICE Systems, Bank of Oklahoma, Clear Channel Radio, Stevens-Henager College, and Utah State University, showcasing a comprehensive background in engineering, account management, and instruction. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from the University of Utah and a Network Engineer certification from IT Career Academy.
