Gerry Hunt

Gerry Hunt is an experienced IT leader with a robust background in infrastructure and security operations. Currently serving as Director of Core Infrastructure at U.S. Cellular since March 2019, Gerry oversees a team of 70, managing critical services such as Identity & Access Management and Cyber Security across multiple data centers and retail locations. Previous roles include Director of Infrastructure & Operations at the American Medical Association, where Gerry led a team supporting 1,500 users, and Director of IT Infrastructure at Accretive Health, focusing on operations in the U.S. and India. Notable accomplishments span various organizations, including program management consulting at Baxter International Inc. and directing enterprise infrastructure at Catamaran. Gerry holds a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Polytechnic of Central London.
