Joseph A. Carbonaro

Joseph A. Carbonaro is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Network Lead Services Manager at U.S. Cellular since March 2018. Joseph has a long tenure at Nokia, which began in February 1993, with roles including LTE Test Engineer, where responsibilities involved validating LTE product stability and monitoring performance metrics.
