Karen Koo

Karen Koo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT development and marketing technology, currently serving as Director of IT Development & Operations at UScellular since February 2011. Overseeing a team of more than 25 IT associates and numerous consultants, Karen focuses on innovation and the transition of seamless operations within the Martech stack and Enterprise Product Catalog. Previous roles at UScellular included leadership positions in marketing operations and product development, wherein Karen was recognized with the 2020 Leadership Excellence Circle award for outstanding leadership. Prior experiences encompass strategic sourcing and vendor management at Allstate Insurance Company and financial analysis at Cardinal Health, complemented by an internship at Aon and a marketing assistant role in the Chinatown Public Safety Association. Karen holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California.
