Lara Heidkamp

Lara Heidkamp serves as a Total Rewards Specialist at UScellular, managing the administration of Total Rewards programs for over 4,500 associates since May 2019. Lara's previous roles include Executive Assistant to a Vice President and Administrative Coordinator IV, providing support in a large team environment within the Enterprise Infrastructure & Security department.
