Laurel Eismann

Laurel Eismann is a seasoned professional in talent experience and instructional design, currently serving as the Talent Experience Manager and previously as the Talent Experience Designer at UScellular since June 2017. Laurel's role involves creating comprehensive learning experiences that integrate Instructional Design theory, UX, and business strategy. Prior experience includes a position as Learning Architect and Instructional Designer/Instructor at Cyanna Education Services from April 2012 to July 2016, where Laurel employed the ADDIE instructional design model to develop curricula across various sectors, incorporating adult learning principles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Fort Hays State University, an Associate degree in Registered Nursing from the College of DuPage, and two Master's Certificates in Educational/Instructional Technology and Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
