Marsha Lehr

VP, Digital Experience & E-Commerce at U.S. Cellular

As vice president of digital experience and e-commerce, Marsha is responsible for leading and developing all aspects of UScellular’s multi-channel vision, strategy and operations for sales and customer service. She collaborates and gathers insights from her teams to create a consistent, exceptional customer experience across multiple channels of service and distribution including all retail touch points, online sales and customer care. She is also responsible for the evolution of UScellular’s online and digital engagement with its customers.

Marsha joined UScellular in 2002 and has served in several leadership roles within operations integration, enterprise program management and human resources, most recently as senior director of organizational and leadership development, executive communications, training and continuous improvement. In that role, she was responsible for ensuring that all associates had the training and information needed to provide an excellent wireless experience for customers.

Marsha earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Ill., and a Master of Science in human resources development from Villanova University in Pennsylvania. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.
