Antoine Stephens

Antoine Stephens, FMP, currently serves as a Section Chief at the U.S. Census Bureau since December 2020, overseeing the facilities services program and executing maintenance and construction activities in collaboration with the Division Chief, GSA, and appointed staff. Previously, Antoine held the position of Facility Operations Specialist, providing expertise on projects related to facilities infrastructure, equipment support, and utilities, and acted as the primary technical resource for facility operations. Antoine's career with the US Navy spanned from 1989 to December 2019, culminating as a Chief Warrant Officer with a focus on construction surveying, drafting, planning, estimating, and quality control in the Seabee Civil Engineering community. Antoine earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate of Arts in Building Construction Technology from Coastline College, along with prior studies in Architecture at Tuskegee University.
