Kenneth Rose

Systems Integration Lead at U.S. Census Bureau

Kenneth Rose started working in 1984 as a Corporal/Military Police in the United States Marine Corps. In 1988, they joined the Air National Guard as a Chief Master Sergeant/First Sergeant. In this role, they provided guidance and supervision to enlisted personnel, ensuring discipline and welfare were maintained. Kenneth retired from the Air National Guard in 2011. In 1999, Kenneth joined the US Census Bureau as a Systems Integration Lead.

Kenneth Rose attended Gwynn Park High School from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained their high school diploma. After that, they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Prince George's Community College from 1989 to 1990. In 2007, they enrolled at the Community College of the Air Force and completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Human Resources/Criminal Justice from 2007 to 2011. Kenneth furthered their education at American Military University from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Homeland Security. Most recently, they attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2017 to 2020, focusing on Leadership & Management. Kenneth Rose also holds several additional certifications, including ITILv3 Foundations from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in 2015), a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance (obtained in April 2015), a Microsoft Certified Professional certification (obtained in 2000), and a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification from PADI (obtained in 1988).
