Genevieve Feliú currently serves as a Futurist Researcher at the International Coaching Federation and as a Faculty member in Social Justice and Sociology at Southern New Hampshire University and Pacific College of Health and Science, specializing in the Sociology of Well-being. Genevieve holds a key role as Chair of the Jobs and Workforce Data Network for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, focusing on improving standards-based job data sharing to benefit stakeholders. Previous experience includes a position as Vice President of Innovation at CAEL and Capella University, where Genevieve fostered inclusive innovation and developed R&D initiatives in teaching and learning. Genevieve began academic career as a Sociology Faculty member at Cape Fear Community College and Kaplan University. An accomplished statistician with expertise in SAS programming, Genevieve analyzed cancer registry data prior to pursuing a career in academia. Genevieve has earned a PhD in Organization & Management and holds various certificates, including a recent Futurecasting certificate from the Institute for the Future.
