Michael Kuiken is a distinguished academic and policy expert currently serving as a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at The Hoover Institution, Stanford University, and as an Expert Advisor for the Special Competitive Studies Project focusing on fusion energy. Kuiken is also a Commissioner with the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission and a Lifetime Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
