Ashley Villano

Ashley Villano has a diverse work experience. Ashley started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Chesapeake Medical Staffing in 2008. Ashley then worked as an Administrative Assistant (Contractual) at Federal Software Services, Inc from 2007 to 2012. Ashley also worked as a Human Resources Assistant (Temp) at XLHealth Corporation/ United Healthcare Group in 2012. Ashley then joined The Mergis Group/Randstad as an Associate in 2011. Later, they worked at Johns Hopkins Home Care Group as a Human Resources Assistant from 2012 to 2015 and as a Human Resources Specialist from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Ashley is working for the U.S. Coast Guard, where they started as a Human Capital Liaison in 2017 and currently holds the position of Climate, Engagement, & Leadership Development Lead.

Ashley Villano obtained a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland University College from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Mercyhurst University from 2007 to 2011. Ashley completed their secondary education at Mercy High School from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, Ashley also holds several certifications including a Certificate Program for HR Generalists from The Training Center Group, a Foundations of HRM Certificate from the University of Maryland University College, and a Leadership and Management Certificate, also from the University of Maryland University College.
