Tom Crowley

Tom Crowley serves as the Integration Team Lead for the U.S. Coast Guard, overseeing the integration of a new financial management system and driving significant organizational change through strategic communications and Business Process Re-Engineering. Prior experience includes roles such as Comptroller at USCG BASE NCR and Operations Officer on USCGC EAGLE. Tom's academic credentials comprise a Bachelor of Science in Management from the US Coast Guard Academy and multiple graduate degrees from the University of Maryland, including an MBA and an MS in Accounting, alongside an MS in Leadership from Norwich University. Previous roles also include teaching at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and various operational positions aboard different Coast Guard vessels.
