Melanie Devoe

Melanie Devoe has extensive work experience in the legal field. Melanie began their career in 1999 as an Attorney at ATF and later worked as an Enforcement Attorney at FERC. In 2005, they joined Patton Boggs as an Associate, where they worked until 2008. From 2008 to 2015, Melanie served as a Senior Trial Attorney at the Commodities Futures Trading Commission. Since 2015, they have been working at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, initially in the role of Attorney in the Whistleblower Office, and later as the Director of the Office of Customer Education and Outreach.
