Michael Schreuder

Michael Schreuder has an extensive work experience in various roles within the U.S. Department of State and its embassies and consulates. Michael is currently serving as the Deputy Principal Officer at the U.S. Consulate General Mumbai. Prior to that, they worked at the U.S. Embassy Doha as the Acting Deputy Chief of Mission - Counselor for Political-Economic Affairs. Michael also had a role at the Foreign Service Institute, where they studied Arabic language and cultural studies. Before that, they were a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Near East Affairs. Michael has also held positions at the U.S. Embassy Montevideo, U.S. Consulate General Jeddah, U.S. Embassy Bogota, U.S. Consulate General Jerusalem, and U.S. Embassy in Mexico.

Michael Schreuder earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance and International Relations from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 1994 to 1997.
