Carol Weatherly

Carol Weatherly currently serves as the Director of the Organization Design Division within the Talent Management Directorate of Human Resources Management at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), a position held since October 2010. In this role, Carol is responsible for expanding CBP's initial Table of Organization, recognized as a best practice by the Office of Personnel Management and the Department of Homeland Security. Previous positions include Senior Management and Program Analyst at CBP, Senior Advisor to the Assistant Commissioner of Human Resources Management, and Senior Lead/Manager at Deloitte Consulting, among others. Carol has a strong financial and asset management background, with experience in managing large portfolios and overseeing significant projects across various organizations, including the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation. Carol holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
