David Bolanos

David Bolanos is a Requirements Management Specialist at U.S. Customs and Border Protection since September 2018, where responsibilities include capability requirements development, systems requirement analysis, and operational testing for border control technologies. Previously, David was a Graduate Research Student at the College of Information and Cyberspace, National Defense University, focusing on national security and cyber workforce education from August 2021 to July 2022. Prior roles include Joint Fires Support SME at IPKeys Technologies, Military Information and Communications Technology Principal Engineer at Scientific Research Corporation, Senior Operations Analyst at SAIC, and Master Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. David Bolanos holds a Master of Science in Strategic Studies in Information and Cyberspace and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Area Studies Asia.
