Deborah Jasperson

Deborah Jasperson has over three decades of experience in human resources and administrative support, currently serving as the Assistant Director Field Operations (Mission Support) at U.S. Customs and Border Protection since October 2003. In this role, Deborah has led the Human Capital/Training Team and supervised a staff of ten, managing recruitment, position management, staffing, and training initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist at the Immigration & Naturalization Service and holding various administrative roles at the Drug Enforcement Administration. Deborah also has military experience as a Personnel Liaison Specialist in the US Army. Educational attainment includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from San Diego Christian College.
