Conor McGovern

Conor McGovern is a Supervisory Social Scientist and Branch Chief at the USDA, where responsibilities include overseeing a $75 million FNS portfolio focused on research and evaluation of child nutrition programs such as WIC and school meals, while supervising a team of Social Science Research Analysts.
