Danielle Michael

Danielle Michael, PMP®, is an experienced IT Program Manager currently employed at USDA since July 2024. Previously, Danielle served as an IT Agile Project Manager and PMO at USDA DISC through ECCO Select, focusing on Agile Project Management and Automation. Danielle has held several senior project management roles, including at Otter Products, where responsibilities included leading change management strategies for Data & Analytics and implementing CRM solutions. Other experience includes roles at Ace Info Solutions, Persistent Systems, Career Connections (IBM Contractor), and IBM, where Danielle managed various global service desk transitions, transformation projects, and government contracts. Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
