Donald Bitner

Donald Bitner is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at USDA since April 2023. With extensive experience in the federal government since January 2007, Donald held key positions such as Chief of Infrastructure Strategy and Development at the DoD Joint Artificial Intelligence Center and Branch Chief at the Department of Army, Office of the Secretary.
